Arnold Schwarzenegger would do ‘Twins’ sequel
He’s been out of the limelight in Hollywood for quite some time now, but with his eagerly awaited badass comeback in Expendables 2 coming up, Arnold Schwarzenegger has voiced his desire to make another sequel to one of his classic films, Twins.
Coming Soon confirmed the news via their website with Arnie suggesting that he would love to appear in a follow-up to the 1988 Ivan Reitman comedy co-starring Danny DeVito even revealing possible details of a plot and who else would be involved.
“I would love to do another Twins. As a matter of fact, we’ve been talking about doing one and it’s called Triplets. I’d find somebody like Eddie Murphy or someone that people would say, ‘How does that happen, medically speaking?’ and, ‘Physically, there’s no way!’ Then, somehow, we would explain it. That would be hilarious with what we know about someone like him.”
Universal Studios and the Reitman produced company Montecito are behind the project though former director Ivan Reitman is only producing. One again another film comedy duo are waiting a long-awaited sequel with Bill and Ted and Dumb and Dumber now also set for comebacks.
